Formation Skydiving is without a doubt the most extensively practised discipline in free fall. To be able to jump with other skydivers is relatively simple, but to acquire a good base in this discipline and the correct learning of the appropriate techniques is fundamental for future progression. There is nothing more frustrating for an expert skydiver who has reached a certain level and has his progression hampered by incorrect techniques preciously acquired. These incorrectly acquired techniques become “bad habits” and are not easily to get rid of.
The Basic Training Program for FS not only develops basic FS techniques, but also shows techniques to the student that enable him to guarantee safety in group jumps.
As the student progresses through the nine levels, he will obtain knowledge as well as basic experience necessary to practice this discipline. This will make him feel comfortable when jumping in a group.
A student who is interested in this course should have completed his AFF course and have done a minimum of three jumps alone after the AFF course.
Once the student has completed this course and wants to continue learning and practising FS, Skydive Empuriabrava has instructors who can give personalised instruction up to world class competition.
