In July and August the bookings are taken for one-week blocks only, and each apartment type has specific check in days the summer season the reservation is made for the whole week, depending on the day of entry and a 50% deposit must be paid on booking. During normal season, payment is made on the day of entry. Name and address must be given on reservation.

500 meters to the DZ, with central heating systems and air conditioning, sheets, towels, kitchen, safety box, swimming pool, satellite TV and washing machine. The lounge has a sofa convertible into a double bed. The price includes VAT. From the 30th of June till the 1st of September, the bookings are taken for one-week blocks only, from Saturday to Saturday. A 40% deposit is required on booking. During normal season the payment should be made on the day of arrival.

Close to the DZ (50 m)with a view to the airport. For up to 4 people. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 folding bed), large living and dinning room, satellite TV, kitchen fully equipped, balcony with a view to the canal, swimming pool (some of the apartments are equipped with a washing machine. Prices include VAT and final cleaning. For bed sheets add 6 €/person. During the summer season reservations are only taken for a full week (Saturday to Saturday). On making a reservation and signing a rent contract a deposit has to be paid. The remaining amount is paid in cash on the day of entry.

The apartment Lini is the perfect beach apartment, right in front of the beach in a quiet small building (non touristy apartment block) nearby all enmities.
It has one bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed in the lounge, terrace with BBQ and a full equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.
Rental includes bed sheets, need to add 40€ for cleaning.
Further we have a very lovely house with a beautiful view over the bay of Roses. It is about 10min. drive from Empuriabrava situated in Palau-Saverdera. It is in a small Urbanisation in a one familiy house, with pool and garden and two bedrooms. Full equiped kitchen and washingmachine and central heating in the winter.
Summer price per day is 80€ plus 50€ cleaning, special out of season pices on request.
