20th to the 24th of March was hot Weekender 2. This is the new all inclusive package designed by Regan's Group to give the best value, stress free skydiving experience available for skydiving in Spain right now!
Airport transfer, bunkhouse, 50 euro bar credit, load organising with DVD and 15 jumps all for 400 euros. This was a perfect event, 8 jumps on Saturday, 6 on Sunday, few more on Monday then a full day out on Tuesday to see the sites. Everyone had a fantastic time and they are booking to come back soon! Everyone has already commented on the value and content of the package (which is excellent), and we already knew just what we were getting included for an unbelieveable price before we left the UK! That alone makes it worth anyones time and money, but I'd like to pick up on the stuff that doesn't quite come across so easily.
This isn't just a 15 or 25 jump ticket - it's worth so much more than that. every jump is tailored to your experience and desires, and is fully briefed and debriefed with excellent video and maybe some lovely stills too! Regan is the man when it comes to FS coaching, and he WILL improve your skydiving. Each and every jump is enjoyable and rewarding, and it is great to see your own, and everyone elses, skills improve over the weekend!
Regan is your host for the weekend, and he will not leave you alone if you pay him. If the wind is in, it doesn't matter. Anyone who has been to Empuria before knows that there is a whole array of acitivites in the local area, and Regan is your tour guide. If there's something you want to do, ask, and he'll sort you out! Boat trip, car trip, walking trip, beach trip, go karting, bowling, swimming, drinking, eating, and much more, Regan knows where to go and what to do! It's almost worth the money even without the jump ticket!
Bottom line - the list of inclusive elements of the package is only the tip of the iceberg - the skills, experiences, and fun to be gained make this an event you're going to want to repeat again and again.

This was my first time out to Empuria so although I’d heard good things I didn’t really know what to expect. All I can say is wow! From arriving at the airport we were promptly picked up by our transfer bus, taken straight to the Dropzone where Regan was ready with our goodie bags full of stuff, jump tickets, bar cards, keys etc. Within minutes we’d dumped our stuff in the bunkhouse and were ready to get cracking on didn’t even need to think for myself!
Starting Saturday morning on the first lift we got going with some 8 way stuff (all with a pre paid cameraman) which for a few of us was bigger and more exciting than anything we’d done before. 7 jumps later and after learning a ridiculous amount we called it a day, got the beers in and were off for a meal. Same again early on Sunday morning, cracking on with some more awesome jumps learning more and more on every one. Unfortunately the wind came in on the Sunday afternoon so we called it off, had a look around the sonic factory, then went for a few drinks and out for an AMAZING curry!
Luckily a few of us had decided that, being lazy students and all, we were going to extend our trip until the Wednesday so on the Monday we carried on our jumping, finished off our 15 block and even bought a couple more!
On the Tuesday we’d planned a chill out day so Regan, Nigel and the guys took us off for a bit of sight seeing over the mountains finishing off with a few ice creams on the beach! Really good end to a brilliant few days!
I just want to say a massive thanks to everyone who helped organise the whole thing. We met some class people and I know for sure that I’ll be back In the very near future!!

Wow, what a weekend! Battered, bruised, burnt, bitten and very much beered up, and all for mere pennies! Never learnt so much in such a short time, and had so much fun doing it. Everything was catered for, I'm sure Regan was hoping for bad weather so he could get in all the activities he had planned. Thanks a lot, Regan, hopefully see you again very soon!

I've been to Empuria many times but Regan's Hot Weekender has been the best trip yet. Airport pickup, days of perfectly paced jumping, great evening deals and Regan's very own fab brand of entertainment made the weekend fantastic, not to mention the dvd footage and excellent photographs shot by Will Penny!
All in all, a massive success and can't wait for the next one! Thanks Regan!
