VERTICAL WORLD RECORD TRY OUT CAMP EMPURIABRAVA 2015

 

Head Down World Record Try-out Camp at Skydive Empuriabrava 8-10 May
2015.

"On may 8-9-10, 70 free flyers from 18 diffrents countries gather in the skies of Empuriabrava for a chance to win an invite for the upcoming Vertical World Record that will take place in Chicago this summer.

The general level was high and thanks to Skydive Empuriabrava staff, a hard working group of Load Organizers and a good forecast, the weekend turned out to be a very successful one. One the first day, the group has been divided in 5 formation ranging from 8 to 20 people, to allow the organizers to individually evaluate the flyers. On saturday, we splitted the group in 2 32 ways and a smaller jump for the one who were just getting introduced to bigwigs, or needed to practice specific skills, like break off for exemple. On Sunday, we went bigger with a 3 planes formation building a 45 way and a smaller group practicing on the side.

At the end of the weekend, we were able to give 40 invites. See you in Chicago!" Domitille Kiger
